This Erasmus+ project took place in 2019-2022.  
     
  Our objectives were connected to having European citizens  with healthy diets, dropping little by little  
  the use of contaminating recipients included in most processed food and who are conscious of the  
  importance of preserving Nature as our goods are grown there. Last but not least, sports was a key  
  element in our project because if we do not practice sports we are exposed to suffer from health problems.  
     
  In general, activities were focused on making our students aware of the benefits of RealFooding  
  in their health, Mediterranean diet, so they will go from analyzing sugar contained in products, learning  
  how to read food labels and preparing traditional dishes with their grandparents.  
     
  Addition January 2023: Project ended in May 2022. We Finnish participants had serious problems with Covid 19  
  epidemic which led to the situation that all of the planned mobilities and other activities couldn´t be accomplished.  
   Meeting in Finland was cancelled, so was the participation of Finnish teachers and students in Spain. Finnish   
  teachers participated in three last meetings in Portugal, Poland and Latvia. Students were not allowed to travel  
abroad those times. Yet it was so nice to meet you all good people! Better luck next time!
